Other tools Google Data Studio Integration integrates with
Google Data Studio is a robust data visualization tool. We recommend checking out our course here to learn how to use it effectively. What about the times you want to see some excellent charts without creating them yourself? Well, you’re lucky because Google Data Studio now supports integration with another tool called Google Sheets. This allows you to connect your spreadsheet directly to Google Data Studio and pull data from anywhere within the sheet. You’ll even be able to make changes to your spreadsheet while viewing the chart in Data Studio. Follow the steps to do this.
1. Open up Google Data Studio and select “Connect.”
2. Select “Sheet” from the list of options.
3. Click “Next” and enter the URL of your spreadsheet into the box.
4. Enter the name of the range you’d like to view into the following field.
5. Click “Create Chart” and wait for the chart to load.
6. Use the controls above the chart to manipulate the chart however you’d like.
Connecting HubSpot to Google Data Studio

Step 1: Create an account with Google Data Studio
Once you’ve logged in, click the blue “Add New Project” button in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Step 2: Choose the type of project you’d like to create
You can either start with a blank canvas (which means you won’t have any data), or you can import data from a CSV file. This tutorial will import data from a CSV file to visualize it in Google Data Studio.

Click the “+ Add File” button in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Navigate to where you saved your CSV file and then click the file.

Name your project, whatever you want. We named ours “HubSpot Sales Report.”
Step 5: Connect your Google Sheet
Select “Sheet” from under the “Project Type” dropdown menu. Then, find the location where you saved your CSV and select it. Finally, enter the name of the range that contains all the information you want to display in your report. In our case, we chose “Sales by Month.”
Step 6: Preview your report
When connecting your spreadsheet, click the green arrow to preview the results.

Hubspot metrics and KPIs worth tracking
To understand how to interpret Hublot metrics, you should know the difference between different metrics. There are many ways to measure the performance of your marketing campaigns. Some of them are very useful, while others are less effective. To improve your Hublot campaign, you must monitor all the metrics available.
There are four main types of Hubspot metrics:
1. Conversions – These are conversions that happen because of a specific action taken by a visitor. For example, someone signs up for a newsletter, subscribes to a blog post, downloads an ebook, or makes a purchase.
2. Leads – This metric measures whether people are interested in your product or service. A lead could be someone who visits your site and fills out a form or someone who purchases something from you.
3. Activities – When someone does something on your website, like signing up for a free trial or filling out a contact form, it creates an activity. You can track this by looking at the number of visitors who visit your site and do activities.
4. Actions – An action is anything that happens on your website. It counts as an action if someone reads a particular article, watches a video, or completes a survey. You can track this via the actions tab in the dashboard.
In addition to those four categories, you should look at several other important metrics. Here are some examples:
Hubspot CRM
Company information is crucial because it gives customers insight into what makes a brand unique. For example, a customer might want to know how long a product has been or whether a company offers free shipping. With Hubspot CRM, companies can provide detailed information about their properties, including contact information, address, phone number, email addresses, social media profiles, reviews, images, videos, location, hours of operation, and more.
Using Hubspot CRM, brands can create custom fields for different types of properties. This allows you to collect data specific to each property. You can use the same area across multiple properties, such as name, address, or telephone number.
Contact information helps you identify who owns a company. If you find yourself figuring out where a business owner lives or works, you can look up his contact information in Hubspot CRM. Once you have identified the person responsible for managing a property, you can send them a personalized welcome letter.
